The voluntary association of dedicated classic car owners, Classic Days e.V., organises the Grand Meeting. All members come from near the venue or the region, so they can usually lend a hand, meet up and organise things on site. Anyone who would like to help out and sacrifice some of their free time for the rustiest hobby is welcome to become a member of Classic Days e.V. This is the association that founded Classic Days and actively helps with the organisation every year on a voluntary basis, contributing many thousands of hours of volunteer work.

Many fans and friends of Classic Days – who are unable to immediately lend their support and energy – still want to support this good cause and ‘crazy idea’ in historic motorsport for the benefit of selected charity projects and for their own great motoring enjoyment. There are lots of special events – meetings, rallies, get-togethers – and special benefits: discounted tickets, reserved parking spaces at the festival and, last but not least, discounts on Drivers Association and/or Classic Days memorabilia. The coveted Drivers Association club badges are the distinguishing mark of the drivers’ community.
The Drivers Association is the official drivers’ club of the Grand Meeting for racing and classic car enthusiasts. As a member of the Drivers Association, you can enjoy various benefits for an annual fee of €70.00.
As a sign of membership, Associate Drivers receive, among other things:
- Membership card, Silver Arrow pin badge, two membership stickers, textile patch
- Twice-yearly get-togethers and joint meetings, two rallies per year
- Car park close to the festival site (for everyday vehicles/new cars) or classic car parking in the club car park area of the clubs and IG groups as part of the event.
- Discount on ticket purchases with a 10% discount (maximum order value of tickets before discount is granted: €150.00)
- Preferred access to the many souvenirs and mementos (including limited edition items)
- Exclusive access to Drivers Association clubwear and souvenirs (e.g. chronograph, polo shirt or Oxford shirt)
If you would like to be recognised externally as a support group and classic car owner, you have the option of selecting an ‘upgrade’ to ‘POLE-SETTER’ or ‘WINNER’ membership.

In addition, the Drivers Association also meets twice a year for a get-together. Membership of the Drivers Association – the official club for supporters of the Grand Meeting – is a special distinction for fans of historic motorsport.
