Magnificent heavyweights are very warmly welcomed at Classic Days when the classic car and motor festival hosts two major gatherings. Old lorries from 1920 up to 1985 come together for a grand meeting at Rittergut Birkhof in a specially decorated area. Historic buses join in, showcasing a spirit of travel, luxury, and mobility.
Kings of the road
For three days, the “kings of the road” can be displayed and admired. Owners and collectors gather for petrolhead chatsand technical discussions.
The great gathering of the workhorses of yesteryear
From old removal vans to tankers, special-purpose transporters, lorries, and tractor units – historic vehicles of all types can be seen. This is a large-scale meeting featuring vintage brands, special conversions, and certainly some well-known transport companies today with their “workhorses” of the past.
Joining them are old buses of all years, evoking the good old days – outings, trips, excursions, and company transport. Whether public transport or coaches, big or small, quirky and unusual, or plain and practical with the most reliable engineering – all are celebrated here.
